My notebook contains numerous motivations, but every time I unfold them, it seems to harm the perfection of the original material.
It's as if I have to trim a part of the original words in order to fully expound a central argument.
Just like this piece, "Motivation and Unfolding." When I wrote this a few months ago, what I had in mind was the motivation behind music and its extension. However, it goes beyond that. I thought about an interesting aspect related to my creative process: the motivation behind writing and the extension of motivation.
There are also other sensations, including the contingency of motivation, the contingency of life, and the unfolding of life.
When I wrote "Motivation and Unfolding," I envisioned a scene where grandeur and minuteness converge. After plucking a very fine string, the entire space vibrates simultaneously, resonating together within the musical notes.
Originally poetic language, when you want to unfold the writing, you must cut off the other directions of expansion and discuss around a central idea. Although I know this is the inevitable path for creators, I ask other creators if this troubles you? What is your opinion?
